- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup enchilada sauce
- 8 tortillas
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a small amount of enchilada sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and roll them up.
