Ingredients

  • 4 cups mixed winter vegetables (e.g., carrots, broccoli, cauliflower)
  • 8 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (e.g., cheddar)
  • 2 cups cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then crumble it.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the mixed vegetables, creamy soup, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  5. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  6. Bake for 30–40 minutes until bubbling and golden brown.
