  • 1 cup cheese, shredded
  • 1 can enchilada sauce
  • 8 corn tortillas

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onions until translucent.
  3. Add shredded chicken and half of the enchilada sauce to the skillet; mix well.
  4. Warm the tortillas in a microwave to make them pliable.
