Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen hash browns
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup corn flakes, crushed
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together hash browns, sour cream, cheddar cheese, turkey bacon, green onions, and cream of chicken soup until well combined.
  3. Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine crushed corn flakes and melted butter, then sprinkle over the top of the potato mixture.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
