  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  2. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add diced tomatoes, corn, rice, beef broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Stir to combine and bring to a boil.
  5. Cover and reduce heat to low, simmer for 20-25 minutes until rice is cooked.
  6. Remove from heat, let it sit for 5 minutes, then serve.
