- 1 pound boneless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, diced
