6 slices turkey bacon
6 slices chicken ham
4 eggs
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 cups cubed bread
1 cup shredded cheese
1/4 cup maple syrup
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
In the same skillet, lightly brown the chicken ham.
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
Layer the cubed bread in a greased baking dish, followed by crumbled turkey bacon and chicken ham.
Pour the egg mixture over the bread layer and top with shredded cheese.
Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and set.
Drizzle with maple syrup before serving.
