  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 6 slices chicken ham
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 4 cups cubed bread
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, lightly brown the chicken ham.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
  5. Layer the cubed bread in a greased baking dish, followed by crumbled turkey bacon and chicken ham.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the bread layer and top with shredded cheese.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and set.
  8. Drizzle with maple syrup before serving.
