8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
In a bowl, mix crushed gingerbread cookies and melted butter.
Press the mixture into the bottom of serving cups to form the crust.
In another bowl, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, ginger, and cinnamon until smooth.
Fold in whipped cream until fully incorporated.
Layer the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the serving cups.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a pinch of nutmeg to the cheesecake mixture.
