1 pound ground beef
1 cup sour cream
8 ounces egg noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions; drain.
In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked; drain excess fat.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked beef, sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in the drained noodles and mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
